a curious naturalist, a gifted storyteller, a well-rounded lecturer. for over 20 years I have been leading tours in wild destinations.
From the Galapagos, Ecuador to the high Arctic archipelago Svalbard, from Madagascar to the Antarctic peninsula, from Botswana to the Atacama desert.
An all-round chef, bush cook and caterer. from single stove one-pot dishes to a fine dining experience with carefully sourced ingredients based on the Slow Food principles. My cooking career started as a teenager's side job culminating in having my own restaurant at 27 years, to come back roaring after a 20 year hiatus.
